Today we complete our discussion of Going Within which is Phase 1 of Intraconnection.

The third and final step of Going Within is Vulnerability.

In order to create and maintain meaningful relationships, we must allow ourselves to be vulnerable.

Vulnerability allows us to experience love, belonging, creativity. and worthiness.
